CEIWEI CommMonitor is a serial port monitor for Windows. The 2026H1 build is a rewrite in Delphi 12 for Win64: native code, no managed runtime, and a kernel filter instead of a port takeover.
The product exists because the usual serial monitor opens the port it wants to watch, which means the application under investigation has to stop. Everything here follows from not accepting that trade.
