First public build of the Delphi 12 rewrite.

Highlights

First public release of the Delphi 12 build: native machine code, no managed runtime.
Driver-level capture: the filter never takes the port away from your software.
Protocol decoding for Modbus RTU and ASCII, DL/T 645, IEC 60870-5-101, NMEA 0183 and AT commands.
Local read-only dashboard at 127.0.0.1:5000.

Known issues

Windows 7 x64 is not declared as supported yet; capture on that platform is unverified.

Checksums for this build are on the download page. Session files written by older releases can still be opened.
